Services include physician and allied health professional credentialing for Covenant Medical Center/Covenant Medical Center-Lakeside, Covenant Children's Hospital, Covenant Medical Group, and Covenant SurgiCenter. |

| Scope of Services |
| Medical Staff Services provides administrative support for the medical staff in their performance of various functions to include the following: credentialing for initial medical and allied health staff appointment and reappointment; credentialing for clinical privileges; continuous credentialing; medical group (Covenant Medical Group) support for managed care applications and provider numbers; maintenance of a professional staff database; support for the credentials and executive committees of the medical staff and the Practitioner Assessment Committee of the Board of Directors; implementation of corrective action and the hearing process for the medical staff; and activities of the Institutional Review Board. Services are provided for both Covenant Medical Center/Covenant Medical Center Lakeside and Covenant Children's Hospital. |
